Last updated: June 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thechurchandai.com and your registration for and attendance at the Church in the Age of AI Conference (the "Conference"), operated by Authentigrate ("we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or registering for the Conference, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use this site.
Who we are
The Conference is an Authentigrate event. It will be held July 17 to 18, 2026 in Lewisville, Texas. All registration, payment, and communication regarding the Conference is managed by Authentigrate.
Registration and tickets
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your contact details current so that you receive event communications. Each registration reserves a seat for the named attendee only. Seating for the Saturday Lab is limited, and a confirmed registration does not guarantee a specific seat or location within the venue.
Pricing and payment
Conference pricing, including early bird, group, and VIP rates, is shown on this site and may change at any time before purchase. The price in effect at the time you complete your registration is the price that applies to you. Group rates require the minimum number of registrants stated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms when you pay.
Refunds and transfers
All sales are final.
Registrations, tickets, group purchases, and VIP purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers to another person or to a future event, for any reason, including non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.
Because this is a limited-seat, hands-on Conference experience, your registration reserves a seat that cannot be resold or reassigned. Please be certain of your decision before you complete your purchase.
Changes to the event
We work hard to deliver the experience described on this site, and we also reserve the right to make changes when circumstances require it. We may change or substitute speakers, facilitators, session content, the schedule, the format, or the venue, and we may reschedule the Conference. If we reschedule, your registration will carry to the new date. In the unlikely event that we must cancel the Conference and do not reschedule it, we will notify registrants and communicate the options available to them.
Conduct at the event
The Conference is a faith-centered, respectful learning environment. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself accordingly and to follow the reasonable instructions of our team and the host venue. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to other guests, our team, the speakers, or the venue, without a refund.
Photography and recording
We photograph and record the Conference. By attending, you consent to appear in those images and recordings and to our use of them as described in our Privacy Policy. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify a member of our team at the event and contact us at alicia@authentigrate.com.
Event materials and intellectual property
All Conference content, including presentations, demonstrations, workbooks, prompts, the Church AI Starter Kit, and any recordings or resources we provide, is owned by Authentigrate or its licensors and is provided for your personal and ministry use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or republish these materials, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
Results and testimonials
The stories, examples, and testimonials shared on this site and at the Conference reflect individual experiences. They are not promises or guarantees of any particular outcome. What you create or accomplish depends on your own effort, circumstances, and follow-through. We do not guarantee that you will publish a book, launch a business, gain customers, or achieve any specific result.
Educational content and third-party tools
The Conference is educational. We teach how to use various artificial intelligence and technology tools, many of which are owned and operated by third parties and governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control those tools and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, or output. You are responsible for how you use the tools and the content you create with them, including reviewing anything generated by AI for accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with your own faith, values, and judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authentigrate and its team, partners, speakers, and the host venue are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your registration, your attendance, your use of this site, or your use of anything learned or created at the Conference. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Conference will not exceed the amount you paid to register.
Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Authentigrate operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Conference will be handled in the courts located in that state.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were most recently revised. Your continued use of this site or attendance at the Conference after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
