This includes reserving a free Friday Foundation Night seat, registering or purchasing a ticket for the Saturday Lab, registering a group, reserving a VIP seat, signing up for conference updates, or contacting us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, church or organization, the registration tier you select, the number of people in your group, and any details you share in free-text fields. If you tell us about accessibility needs so we can serve you at the event, we use that information only for that purpose.

We also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the time of your visit, and the website that referred you. This data is collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to run the conference and to stay in contact with you. This includes confirming your registration, processing ticket and group payments, sending you event logistics and schedule updates, coordinating group and VIP seating, fulfilling accessibility requests, and delivering the Church AI Starter Kit to qualifying registrants.

We also use your information to keep you informed about related events, offerings, and resources we believe will serve you, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the link in our emails or the contact details at the bottom of this page.

3. Photography and recording at the event

This is an in-person event, and we take photographs and video during the conference. By attending, you understand that you may appear in those images or recordings, and you consent to our use of them for promotional, educational, and archival purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials, without compensation.

If you prefer not to be featured, please let a member of our team know at the event, and contact us at alicia@authentigrate.com so we can remove or refrain from using any image or recording in which you are identifiable.

4. Service providers we share with

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate this site and run the event. These may include, without limitation:

Our registration and ticketing platform, for registration, forms, and CRM functions;
Stripe, PayPal, or similar processors, for payments;
Google Analytics or comparable analytics platforms, for website usage data;

We share with these providers only the information they need to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If we use advertising or marketing pixels that certain laws treat as "sharing" your information, you may opt out using the contact details below.

Because young people are welcome at this conference, a parent or guardian should complete registration on behalf of any minor attending, and any information we collect about a minor is used only to register and serve them at the event. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Our service providers may be located in countries other than the one in which you reside. By using this site, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, including the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
